Install Windows 11 Chromebook. Insert the bootable USB into your Chromebook and boot from the USB drive. If you see a command line screen, type exit and hit Enter.

Without KVM support, the performance will be pretty bad. Select Create Installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC, then select Next. Bear in mind that you don't need a product key to install and use.
