Insert a needle or paperclip in the pinhole on the back of the controller. Don't worry if it's a bit hard to do so, but be careful so you don't break the plastic between the trigger and the bumper. It has the apearance of a force sensitive resistor, the (lower) conductive dome behind the button squashes, progressivley bridging more and more of the resistive stripe (black rectangle) as the force is increased.
